Not stiff. Not generic. Not the kind of photo you apologize for before handing over your business card.
Executive headshots are the first impression you make on LinkedIn, your firm's website, speaking event bios, and media profiles. They need to convey authority, approachability, and competence before anyone reads a single word about you.
I've been photographing executives, attorneys, physicians, realtors, and business leaders since 2003. Every session is unhurried, fully directed, and built around how your images will actually be used. I ask that question before we ever pick up a camera.
Reserve Your Session
Professional hair and makeup. I bring a hair and makeup artist to every custom session. It's not an add-on or an upgrade. It's standard. The difference in how clients carry themselves after HMUA versus before is something I've watched hundreds of times. It changes the session.
Full consultation in advance. Before your session, we talk through everything: how the images will be used, what backgrounds work for your industry, what you should wear, and what we're trying to accomplish. There are no surprises on the day.
Multiple looks. Most executive sessions produce 2–3 distinct looks (jacket on, jacket off, different backgrounds) so you have options for different contexts. LinkedIn has a different feel than a firm website bio, which has a different feel than a speaking profile.
Shot for how your team uses them. My background in marketing agencies means I frame the way creative teams need: tall with negative space, room for text, versions that work at different aspect ratios. Your designer will not have to fight the photos.
"I feel like he portrayed me in the way I feel inside but don't often see on the outside. As someone who hates any pictures of themselves, I absolutely love the photos Anthony took."★★★★★ Hannah M.
Attorneys and law partners. Physicians and practice owners. Executives and C-suite leaders. Realtors and brokers. Financial advisors and wealth managers. Consultants and coaches whose credibility is tied to how they present themselves professionally.
If your image appears in print, online, or in front of an audience, and you haven't updated it in the last two years, that photo is quietly working against you. The gap between how you look now and how you want to be perceived is something we can close in a single afternoon.
Reserve Your Session →Most executive sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours from HMUA through session end. That includes time with hair and makeup, wardrobe changes for multiple looks, and the actual portraits. Nothing is rushed. The HMUA and session are scheduled so you have time between them.
You'll receive a fully retouched set of images, typically 10–20 depending on the session scope and how many looks we build. During the consultation we'll establish what you actually need and scope the session around that, not the other way around.
We go over wardrobe in detail during your consultation. General guidance: solid colors work better than patterns or busy prints; avoid white against a white background; bring options for different formality levels. I'll give you specific guidance based on your intended use and industry norms.
Both options exist. Studio sessions give us the most control: lighting, backgrounds, and the HMUA setup are all optimized there. On-location sessions (your office, a specific building) are also available for an additional fee. We'll talk through which makes more sense for your goals during the consultation.
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPGs suitable for both print and digital use. If you need specific dimensions, file size limits (for LinkedIn, speaker platforms, etc.), or layered files for your design team, let me know during the consultation and we'll build that into the delivery.
Reserve a 15-minute consultation and let's talk through what you need, what we'll create, and what it takes to get there.
