Coaches. Consultants. Speakers. Therapists. Solo practitioners. Online educators. Real estate agents building a personal following. If you are the product, if your name, your face, your personality, and your expertise are what clients are buying, then your image library is one of your most important business assets.
And most people's image libraries are one LinkedIn headshot from three years ago and a blurry phone photo from a conference.
Personal branding sessions are built to change that. We create a complete library of images across multiple looks, environments, and contexts: everything you need to show up consistently and professionally wherever your brand lives.

One of my clients came in for a headshot. She was a physical therapist building her own practice and needed a professional photo for her website.
During the consultation, I asked: "Where are these images going to be used?" Turns out, she was also running her own Instagram account, writing a blog, and building a referral network. A single headshot wasn't going to serve any of that.
We ended up covering three different things in one session: a formal headshot for the website bio, a series of exercise demonstration photos that showed her working with a client (service shots that patients and referring physicians would find more useful than a headshot alone), and then, because she was already there, already styled, already made up, a portrait series that could anchor her social media for months.
That's what happens when the first question isn't "how do you want to look?" but "where is this going to be used, and what do you need it to do?"
Here's something most brand photographers don't talk about: the most-shared social media content is images where a real person appears in the frame, not a graphic, not a stock photo, not just text on a background.
When you post a tip or an FAQ or a piece of advice, you get some engagement. When you post that same content with you in the image (pointing at text, reacting with surprise, gesturing toward the question), people share it. And when they share it, your face goes with it.
Personal branding sessions include a dedicated block of time for this type of content: expressive, directed images that give you 6–12 months of social media visual material from a single session.
Pre-session consultation. We map out your brand, where you show up online, and exactly what kinds of images you need. The session is planned before we ever pick up a camera.
Professional hair and makeup. Included with every session. You show up; we handle the rest.
Multiple looks and locations. Studio, on-location, formal, casual, action: we plan which combinations serve your brand most and build the session around that.
Headshots plus content images. Every branding session includes a strong headshot library AND action/lifestyle images that give you social media and website material that actually shows your personality.
Images formatted for use. Delivered in dimensions optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, your website, and any other platforms we identified in the consultation. Your social media scheduler will be happy.
"Not a single photograph was taken without a purpose. This was not your typical rapid-fire photography followed by 'pick the one you like.' I intended to get 3–5 photos and ended up with 10 amazing photographs."★★★★★ Donald A.
A headshot gives you one or two images. A personal branding session gives you a library: different looks, different contexts, different types of images for different platforms and use cases. A headshot says "this is my face." A branding session says "this is my personality, my expertise, and how I show up."
Personal branding sessions typically deliver 30–60+ retouched images across multiple looks and categories. The exact count depends on session scope, but you'll have enough to maintain a consistent presence across all your platforms for months.
Almost everyone who says this has only ever been photographed by someone who didn't know how to direct them. Posing, lighting, and direction change everything. That's my job. You don't need to know how to pose or perform for a camera. I'll handle that.
Yes. Many personal branding sessions include a mix of studio and on-location work: your office, a coffee shop, an outdoor environment that fits your brand. We plan locations during the consultation based on your brand identity and what kind of images you need.
Let's start with a conversation about where your images need to live and what you need them to do for your business.
