Our team is efficient and friendly, and can take care of many photos per hour per headshot station. If you're unsure of what you need, contact us.
Pricing is displayed below as half day (up to 4 consecutive hours) / full day (4-8 consecutive hours). A single headshot station can accommodate about 20 headshots per hour. Call or email to discuss your event.
Half day (up to 4 hours) or full day (up to 8 hours) of event coverage. Pricing includes creative fee for each photographer station time, as well as the mandatory copyright usage and basic licensing agreement fee for all images.
Note: If you do not select a way to distribute the photos, you will simply be provided with a link to download the images and distribute them yourself following the event. All fees are marked has per half or full day.
Each person can select their images immediately after they are photographed to be sent to their email address using a tablet/computer. Email to recipients can be custom branded for your event.
If you'd like us to provide you with all of the chosen images, organized by last name alphabetically rather the standard file number, we can do that. This way, you have match up the file name to the contact information for distribution.
Your budget may allow for basic retouching of blemishes, shine, darker wrinkles, and fly-away hairs. If you require or request more, this is an additional fee. If you prefer, you can allow your attendees to contact us directly to pay for retouching themselves.
